Job summary

Koroplast is seeking a Cost Controller to join our team in the Turkish market. The role focuses on cost control across production operations, budgeting, and profitability analysis using SAP.

The candidate will support planning, monitoring, and reporting with a strong emphasis on process improvements and accurate month-end closings. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least five years of FP&A experience in manufacturing, with advanced SAP and Excel skills, plus

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Financial Planning and Control within the manufacturing sector.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP cost accounting and profitability modules.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in planning, monitoring, and reporting.
• Team player with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cost control by conducting process improvement activities related to production operations; design system structures and monitor current operations.
• Play an active role in planning, monitoring, controlling, and continuously improving cost-related processes.
• Execute monthly cost closures via SAP and perform product profitability analyses.
• Within the scope of the SAP Profitability Analysis (PA) module, ensure accurate allocation of expense items to cost centers and distribution channels during month-end closings.
• Contribute to budget preparation processes by supporting cost estimation studies.
• Prepare cost simulations and generate price offers in line with requests from Sales, Marketing, and Trade Marketing teams.
• Carry out additional tasks and projects assigned by the manager in line with departmental goals.
