Job summary

LHH is seeking a Supply Chain Controlling Team Lead (Finance) to join our client’s international food and beverage manufacturing environment in Maltepe. The role demands deep financial controlling in production settings, strong SAP expertise, and a hands-on leadership style to drive cost efficiency across procurement, logistics, warehousing, and production planning.

Qualifications

• Min. 4 years of financial controlling experience in production companies.
• Accounting background is a must.
• Solid understanding of supply chain processes.
• Strong SAP knowledge is a must.
• Good level of English.
• Strong communication and team management skills.
• Confident in reporting and analysis.
• High adaptation and accountability skills.
• Hands-on approach.
• No obstacle to travel.
• Able to work on-site in Maltepe 4 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to Head of Controlling.
• Monitor, analyze, and report the financial performance of supply chain operations (procurement, logistics, warehousing, production planning).
• Control KPIs such as inventory levels, procurement costs, transportation, and warehousing expenses.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing processes with detailed supply chain cost analysis and reporting.
• Ensure accuracy of cost flows in SAP/ERP systems and provide transparency to management.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for supply chain activities.
• Provide financial insights and support to cost efficiency and optimization projects within the supply chain.
• Ensure alignment with global and local finance policies and standards.
• Collaborate closely with Supply Chain leadership to enable data-driven decision-making.
