Job summary

We are seeking a Financial Control Supervisor for our manufacturing client located in the Tekirdağ region. The role focuses on financial reporting, budgeting, cost control, and accounting processes to enhance overall financial performance.

The ideal candidate brings a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 8+ years of experience in finance within manufacturing, advanced English, and strong SAP FI/CO and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Public Finance, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial controlling within the manufacturing industry.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Strong command of SAP FI/CO and MS Office applications.
• Solid experience in budgeting, cost accounting, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor budget preparation and budget realization processes.
• Prepare regular financial reports and analyses for management.
• Conduct cost analyses and develop improvement recommendations.
• Coordinate monthly and period-end financial closing processes.
• Support the accuracy of accounting records and the continuity of financial processes.
• Monitor cash flow and working capital.
• Contribute to the development of internal control practices.
• Coordinate with relevant departments during independent and statutory audit processes.
• Ensure that financial reporting complies with legal regulations and company standards.
• Support the effective use of financial processes through ERP systems.
• Work in coordination with relevant departments and international teams.
• Take an active role in process improvement and efficiency initiatives.
