Job summary

DeFacto is seeking a data-oriented analyst to drive stock and sales insights within our retail network. You will analyze daily performance, forecast demand, and support the buying and design teams with range plans based on data.

We value strong English, proficiency in MS Office, and a passion for fashion. With responsibilities across seasonal budgets and profitability targets, you will help shape our next collections and ensure competitive selling prices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Mathematical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 4 years of experience in a similar position, in retail sector.
• Skilled at taking commercial opportunities through analyzed data.
• Interested in and following fashion.
• Improved analytical thinking skills.
• Good command of English.
• Proficient in using MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out daily stock and sales analysis, monitoring and analyzing best sellers.
• Preparing seasonal sales budgets for related product groups and responsible for gross profit targets.
• Support buying and design teams during collection creation by conducting range plan analysis.
• Forecasting future sales and deciding product order quantities based on stock and sales data.
• Guiding next season collection by analyzing best and worst sellers.
• Executing period-based design options and stock option plans for the related product group.
• Deciding on retail selling prices, planning markdowns, returns and campaigns.

• Carrying out daily stock and sales analysis, monitoring and analyzing best sellers,
• Preparing seasonal sales budget for the related product group on category basis and taking responsibility of gross profit targets,
• Supporting buying and design teams during collection creation stage of the related product group by carrying out range plan analysis,
• Forecasting future sales and deciding on the amount of products’ order units based on current stock sales data,
• Guiding the following season collection by analyzing best and worst sellers,
• Doing and implementing period-based design option – stock option plans for the related product group,
• Deciding on retail selling prices, planning markdowns, returns and campaigns.
