Job summary

Wide and Wise is seeking a People & Culture professional to cover maternity leave for Türkiye operations. The role focuses on executing P&C processes, HR activities, and regular reporting across the organization in Türkiye, collaborating with managers and the EMEA P&C team.

The role requires a strong emphasis on compliance with Turkish labor law and stakeholder coordination. The position is hybrid with regular on-site presence at the Pendik, Istanbul office.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in People & Culture or HR.
• Strong exposure to operational HR and P&C processes in Türkiye.
• Deep knowledge of Turkish labor law, regulations, and employee relations.
• Experience with international, multicultural P&C teams and HR reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication across organization levels.
• Analytical mindset for interpreting people data and reporting.
• Hands-on, organized, and detail-oriented with process follow-up.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in international/multicultural or tech/high-growth environments is a plus.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model with on-site presence in Pendik, Istanbul.
• C1 level English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up on P&C processes across talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, and employee experience.
• Handle day-to-day operational P&C activities, ensuring processes are completed accurately and on time.
• Collaborate with managers and stakeholders to support ongoing P&C processes and HR needs.
• Track people metrics, prepare reports, and support data-driven P&C processes.
• Prepare and provide regular P&C reports and updates to the EMEA team.
• Support the implementation and management of P&C policies and employee experience practices.
• Ensure P&C processes comply with Turkish labor law and local regulations.
• Support organizational development, change management, and workforce planning with stakeholders.
• Stay informed about market trends, talent insights, and modern P&C practices.
