Job summary

Wide and Wise seeks a People & Culture Professional to join their partner's team in Türkiye for a fixed-term maternity leave coverage. You will support day-to-day People & Culture processes, coordinate HR activities, and provide regular reporting to business leaders.

The role demands 7–10 years in P&C/HR, strong knowledge of Turkish labor law, and C1 English. The position is hybrid with on-site work at Pendik, Istanbul, and collaboration with the EMEA team.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in People & Culture or HR roles, with exposure to multiple employee lifecycle areas.

Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up on People & Culture processes across talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, and employee experience.
• Handle day-to-day operational People & Culture activities, ensuring processes are completed accurately, consistently, and on time.
• Work closely with managers and stakeholders to support ongoing People & Culture processes and address operational HR needs.
• Track people metrics and workforce data, prepare reports, and support data-driven People & Culture processes.
• Prepare and provide regular People & Culture reports and updates to the EMEA team, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Support the implementation and ongoing management of People & Culture policies, procedures, and employee experience practices.
• Ensure compliance with Turkish labor law and local regulations, and support employee relations and labor law-related processes.
• Support organizational development, change management, and workforce planning with relevant stakeholders.
• Stay informed about market trends, talent insights, and modern People & Culture practices.
