Job summary

Çalık Renewables is seeking a senior HR leader to drive end-to-end People & Culture operations across Türkiye and multinational sites. The role centers on compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, payroll coordination, and HR analytics in a global context.

You will lead salary benchmarking, salary reviews, and benefit programs while ensuring compliance with local laws and international standards. fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 7 years of Human Resources experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in Compensation & Benefits.
• Experience in international or multi-location organizations is preferred.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end People & Culture processes across Türkiye and international operations.
• Conduct salary benchmarking and develop salary structures.
• Oversee compensation cost analyses, and annual salary review and bonus processes.
• Coordinate payroll processes with outsourced providers.
• Manage international mobility and recruitment processes.
• Maintain organizational charts, job analyses, and descriptions.
• Drive HR digitalization, KPI reporting, and analytics.
• Ensure compliance with country labor legislation and employment regulations.
