Job summary

Wideandwise is seeking a People & Culture Professional to join its partner's team in Türkiye on a fixed-term maternity leave coverage role. You will oversee day-to-day P&C processes, ensure compliant Turkish labor practices, and coordinate with the EMEA P&C team.

You will handle operations, reporting, onboarding, and employee experience, working hybrid from Pendik with regular on-site presence. Strong English (C1) and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years in People & Culture, HR, or related roles.
• Strong exposure to multiple employee lifecycle areas.
• Experience with Turkish labor law and employee relations processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up on People & Culture processes across talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, and employee experience.
• Handle day-to-day operational People & Culture activities, ensuring processes are completed accurately, consistently, and on time.
• Work closely with managers and stakeholders to support ongoing People & Culture processes and address HR needs.
• Track people metrics and workforce data, prepare reports, and support data-driven People & Culture processes.
• Prepare and provide regular People & Culture reports and updates to the EMEA team with accurate reporting.
• Support implementation and ongoing management of existing People & Culture policies and employee experience practices.
• Ensure processes and practices comply with Turkish labor law and local regulations; support employee relations and labor-law processes.
• Support organizational development, change management, and workforce planning with stakeholders.
• Stay informed about market trends and modern People & Culture practices.

We are looking for a People & Culture Professional to join our partner's team!

This is a fixed-term position designed to provide maternity leave coverage, ensuring continuity and effective execution of established People & Culture processes during this period.

Our partner is a fast-growing international company operating in a dynamic and innovative environment.

In this role, you will support and manage day-to-day People & Culture processes across the organization in Türkiye, working closely with business leaders and the EMEA People & Culture team. The role is primarily focused on the effective execution, coordination, and follow-up of established People & Culture processes, operational HR activities, and regular reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Support organizational development, change management, and workforce planning activities in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Stay informed about market trends, talent insights, and modern People & Culture practices.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in People & Culture, Human Resources, or related roles, with strong exposure to multiple areas of the employee lifecycle.
• Strong experience in managing and following up on operational HR and People & Culture processes in Türkiye.
• In-depth knowledge of Turkish labor law, employment regulations, and employee relations processes.
• Experience working with international multicultured People & Culture teams and preparing regular HR reports is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication skills across different levels of the organization.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret people data and prepare clear and accurate reports.
• Hands-on, organized, and solution-oriented approach, with strong attention to detail and process follow-up.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, processes, and requirements in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment.
• Experience working in an international and multicultural environment, technology-driven, or high-growth environments is a plus.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model, with regular on-site presence at the company's office in Pendik, Istanbul.
