Job summary

invent.ai is hiring an HR Intern to join our People & Culture team. You will gain hands-on experience across HR areas, including talent acquisition, onboarding, communications, and employee engagement in a fast-paced, international environment.

You will work closely with the HR team and explore AI-driven HR projects, process automation, and reporting, while developing skills in Office tools and collaboration across global offices.

Qualifications

• Must be a 4th-year student in a relevant field (Business, HR, Psychology, or related).
• Available for in-office, part-time work at least 3 days per week during the academic year.
• Strong written and spoken English in a professional setting.
• Genuine interest in HR, People & Culture, internal comms, employer branding, and recruitment.
• Interest in AI, technology and automation and openness to digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Support Talent Acquisition activities: candidate coordination, interview scheduling, follow-ups.
• Contribute to onboarding activities and create a smooth employee experience for new joiners.
• Assist internal communication and employer branding, including content prep and announcements.
• Participate in planning and coordination of employee engagement activities and events.
• Support Learning & Development initiatives and related coordination.
• Assist HR with lifecycle processes, documentation, reporting, and day-to-day ops.
• Participate in AI-driven HR projects exploring tools and automation.
