Job summary

invent.ai is hiring an HR Intern to join our People & Culture team. You will gain hands-on experience across HR areas, including talent acquisition, onboarding, communications, and employee engagement in a fast-paced, international environment.

You will work closely with the HR team and explore AI-driven HR projects, process automation, and reporting, while developing skills in Office tools and collaboration across global offices.

Qualifications

• Must be a 4th-year student in a relevant field (Business, HR, Psychology, or related).
• Available for in-office, part-time work at least 3 days per week during the academic year.
• Strong written and spoken English in a professional setting.
• Genuine interest in HR, People & Culture, internal comms, employer branding, and recruitment.
• Interest in AI, technology and automation and openness to digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Support Talent Acquisition activities: candidate coordination, interview scheduling, follow-ups.
• Contribute to onboarding activities and create a smooth employee experience for new joiners.
• Assist internal communication and employer branding, including content prep and announcements.
• Participate in planning and coordination of employee engagement activities and events.
• Support Learning & Development initiatives and related coordination.
• Assist HR with lifecycle processes, documentation, reporting, and day-to-day ops.
• Participate in AI-driven HR projects exploring tools and automation.

About The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Intern to join our People & Culture team and gain hands‑on experience across different areas of Human Resources.

In this role, you will support a variety of HR initiatives, including talent acquisition, onboarding, internal communications, employer branding, employee engagement, learning & development, HR operations, and AI‑driven HR projects.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with the HR team, contribute to ongoing projects and events, and explore how AI tools and automation can improve HR processes and employee experience in a fast‑paced, international environment.

What You Will Do

• Support Talent Acquisition activities, including candidate coordination, interview scheduling, and recruitment‑related follow‑ups

• Take part in the planning and coordination of employee engagement activities and events
• Support Learning & Development initiatives and related coordination
• Assist the HR team with employee lifecycle processes, documentation, reporting, and day‑to‑day HR operations
• Participate in AI‑driven HR projects, including exploring AI tools, process automation, content creation, reporting, and new ways of improving HR workflows
• Collaborate with different teams and contribute to ad‑hoc People & Culture projects

What We Are Looking For

• Currently a 4th‑year university student, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Available for in‑office, part‑time work at least 3 days per week throughout the academic year.
• Strong written and spoken English skills, with confidence using English in a professional working environment
• Genuine interest in Human Resources, People & Culture, internal communications, employer branding, and recruitment
• Interest in AI, technology, and automation, paired with a comfort in experimenting with new digital tools to discover innovative ways of working
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn and take ownership
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace tools
