Job summary

Insider One is reshaping how marketing and customer engagement teams operate using AI-powered People Analytics. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in People Analytics, HR Strategy, Organizational Development, Workforce Planning, Business Analytics, Strategy, or related fields.
• Experience applying AI tools to improve People processes, automate workflows, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Strong understanding of AI applications, data analytics, automation, and AI-driven ways of working.
• Knowledge of organizational development, workforce planning, organizational design, and performance management practices.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Experience with HRIS platforms such as BambooHR and Lever is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with People & Culture functions and cross-functional teams to drive strategic projects and business impact.
• Leverage AI tools to redesign workflows, improve operational efficiency, and identify opportunities for automation.
• Drive AI-enabled operational excellence by optimizing ways of working and data-driven decision-making.
• Analyze people data to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
• Build dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership while tracking People KPIs.
