This role sits at the intersection of AI, People Strategy, and People Analytics. You will combine data-driven insights with AI-powered ways of working to shape our People strategy, contribute to organizational development initiatives, and drive smarter, more scalable, and more impactful People processes. Working closely with the Head of People & Culture and cross-functional stakeholders, you will play a key role in designing the next generation of People experiences that support Insider One’s global growth.

What You Will Need

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in People Analytics, HR Strategy, Organizational Development, Workforce Planning, Business Analytics, Strategy, or related fields.
• Experience applying AI tools to improve People processes, automate workflows, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Strong understanding of AI applications, data analytics, automation, and AI-driven ways of working.
• Knowledge of Organizational Development, workforce planning, organizational design, and performance management practices.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Experience with HRIS platforms such as BambooHR and Lever is preferred.
• A proactive mindset with the confidence to take initiative and think ahead.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Curiosity for emerging technologies, AI innovations, and the future of work.
