• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2–5 years in People Analytics, HR Strategy, OD, or related areas.
• Experience applying AI tools to improve HR processes.
• Strong analytics and data-to-insights ability.
• Excellent English (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of HRIS platforms like BambooHR and Lever preferred.
