Insider One seeks a Management Trainee for People & Culture to gain hands-on experience across recruitment, internal comms, analytics, and learning & development. You will work closely with the Head of People & Culture and support data-driven initiatives using AI tools to improve efficiency and outcomes.

The program emphasizes leadership development, global mobility exposure, and involvement in cross-country People & Culture operations, with opportunities to contribute to strategy and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational skills and prioritization abilities.

Responsibilities

• Learn across People & Culture functions including recruitment, internal comms, employer branding, analytics, and development.
• Assist data-related tasks within People Operations and gain hands-on analytics exposure.
• Leverage AI tools to redesign workflows and identify automation opportunities.
• Support global mobility and cross-country People & Culture operations.
• Collaborate with Head of People & Culture and cross-functional teams including C-levels.
• Organize and manage internal and external People & Culture events.
