Job summary

Nexoft is a mobile app studio creating health & fitness apps with a global reach. We are hiring a performance marketer to own paid user acquisition across Apple, Google and Meta, managing sizable budgets and driving profitable scale.

You will collaborate with product and onboarding teams to improve trial start, trial-to-paid transitions, and retention, while maintaining precise measurement through MMPs and in-house dashboards. English is required; Turkish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience running paid user acquisition for mobile apps, ideally subscription-based.
• Proven track record of profitable scaling on at least two platforms (Apple Search Ads, Google Ads, Meta).
• Strong understanding of mobile attribution, SKAdNetwork, MMPs and subscription metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own paid user acquisition for a portfolio of health & fitness apps across ASAs, Google Ads, and Meta.
• Plan, launch, optimize and scale campaigns against CPI, CPA, ROAS and payback targets.
• Manage significant monthly budgets and reallocate spend based on performance.
• Build and run a structured creative testing program and feed learnings to design and video teams.
• Collaborate with product/onboarding to improve post-install conversion and retention.
• Set up and maintain measurement with MMPs and dashboards; report weekly on performance.
