Job summary

Good Job Games is seeking a Growth/Performance Marketing professional for our on-site team in Istanbul, Sarıyer. You will manage user acquisition channels, analyze campaigns and optimize bidding strategies to maximize ROI, while collaborating with the creative team.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in performance marketing, a relevant bachelor’s degree, strong analytical skills, and a passion for mobile puzzle games like Match Villains.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in performance marketing.
• Bachelor's degree, ideally in Engineering, Management or Economics.
• Excellent communication and team work skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for Match Villains and mobile puzzle games in general.

Responsibilities

• Managing existing user acquisition channels and discovering new opportunities.
• Conducting in-depth campaign analysis to evaluate performance and ROI.
• Developing and implementing bidding strategies for optimal campaign performance.
• Defining KPIs and analyzing campaigns for better understanding of the target audience.
• Collaborating with creative team in ad production.
