Job summary

Paxie Games, a fast-growing mobile game company, is looking for a Growth Specialist to scale our titles through data-driven user acquisition and performance optimization. You will forecast spend, analyze ROAS and LTV, and continuously test strategies across channels.

You will collaborate with product, data, and development teams to align growth with game updates and live operations, building dashboards and tools for faster decision-making. Based in Fatih, Istanbul on-site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or Statistics.
• Strong analytical thinking with comfort working with numbers, data, and performance metrics.
• Interest in user acquisition, performance marketing, mobile gaming, and growth.
• Ability to turn data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Curiosity about mobile games and willingness to understand what drives player behavior, retention, and monetization.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude in a fast-paced team environment.
• Willingness to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, creative, data, and development.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize user acquisition campaigns across performance marketing channels.
• Analyze campaign performance, player behavior, ROAS, retention, and LTV metrics to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare forecasts for marketing spend, revenue, payback periods, and long-term campaign performance.
• Continuously test creatives, audiences, bids, budgets, and campaign structures to improve efficiency and scale.
• Work closely with product, data, creative, and development teams to align growth strategies with game updates and live operations.
• Follow mobile gaming, ad network, and competitor trends to turn market insights into actionable growth ideas.
• Support the development of reporting systems, dashboards, and internal tools that help the team make faster, data-driven decisions.
