Job summary

Sistem Alüminyum, a leading aluminium manufacturer in Türkiye, seeks an Organizational Development Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment using competency-based approaches and contribute to performance, rotation, career and talent management.

Based in Ergene, Tekirdağ, the role collaborates with multiple departments to design development programs and enhance employee experience. relocation within local shuttle zones may be required. Strong HR foundations and English proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field.
• 5+ years in HR and organizational development.
• End-to-end recruitment for professionals; competency-based interviewing.
• English proficiency; strong MS Office; SAP/LMS experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills; stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze recruitment needs with hiring managers.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for professional positions.
• Track, analyze and report recruitment KPIs.
• Coordinate onboarding, probation, and adaptation processes.
• Conduct training needs analyses and manage annual training plans and budgets.
• Plan and implement learning and development programs; measure their effectiveness.
• Support performance management, rotation and talent development processes.
• Maintain up-to-date organizational charts, job descriptions and HR documents.
• Contribute to employee experience, motivation, recognition and rewards initiatives.
• Support HR process digitization.
