Job summary

Skytanking Holding GmbH seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager to support our Türkiye operations and lead end-to-end HR processes. You will work closely with local management and global HR teams, managing HR operations for the Türkiye organization.

Responsibilities include payroll coordination, Turkish labour law compliance, employee relations, budgeting and performance management across multiple sites. English fluency and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of HR experience.
• Strong payroll, personnel administration, labour law and employee relations experience.
• Proven performance management and organizational development experience.
• Experience with budgeting, compensation & benefits and salary reviews.

Introduction

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to support our operations across Türkiye and lead end-to-end HR processes. This role will work closely with local management and global HR teams and will be responsible for managing all HR operations for our Türkiye organization. The successful candidate will play a key role in both strategic and operational HR activities within a multi-site operational environment.

Your tasks

• Manage employee lifecycle processes including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, leave management and employee administration.
• Coordinate payroll processes and ensure accuracy of related controls.
• Ensure compliance with Turkish Labour Law and Social Security regulations.
• Manage employee relations and disciplinary processes in line with local legislation.
• Coordinate organizational changes, employee transfers and position updates.
• Prepare and analyze HR reports including headcount, turnover, budgeting and personnel cost reports.
• Lead the annual personnel budgeting process and support compensation & benefits activities, including salary benchmarking and annual salary review processes.
• Lead the performance management cycle, including goal setting, performance reviews and talent calibration processes.
• Drive organizational development initiatives, including organizational design, workforce planning and change management.
• Lead, coach and develop the HR team by providing guidance, mentoring and continuous development opportunities.
• Act as the main point of contact between local management and global HR teams.
• Partner with business leaders to provide strategic HR guidance aligned with business objectives.
• Support global reporting activities and participate in international HR projects.
• Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures.
• Provide HR support to operational locations across Türkiye.
• Work closely with operational teams and frontline employees.

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Strong hands-on experience in payroll, personnel administration, labour law and employee relations.
• Proven experience in performance management and organizational development.
• Experience in personnel budgeting, compensation & benefits and salary review processes.
• Previous experience leading or supervising an HR team is preferred.
• Solid knowledge of Turkish Labour Law and Social Security regulations.
• Experience in multi-site, operational and preferably blue-collar intensive organizations.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Ability to communicate effectively with international stakeholders and global teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Experience with Logo HR, Personio or similar HR systems.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• No restrictions for domestic travel.
