Job summary

The Organisational Development Group Manager will drive organization design and strategic workforce planning across Türkiye's leading banking institution, guiding transformation initiatives for the Head Office and subsidiaries.

The role aims to elevate the OD function into a proactive, strategic partner, translating business priorities into sustainable operating models and governance across a multi-subsidiary, international banking environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 14 years of professional experience in Organizational Development, Organization Design, or Organizational Transformation.
• Proven experience in large-scale organizational restructuring and governance models.
• Strong knowledge of strategic workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and resource optimization.
• Demonstrated leadership and team development capabilities.
• Experience with budget planning and stakeholder management in complex organizations.
• Advanced proficiency in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational development and organization design initiatives across the Head Office and subsidiaries.
• Develop organizational structures, governance frameworks, and operating models aligned with business strategies.
• Drive strategic workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and resource optimization initiatives.
• Lead complex organizational transformation and change management projects with data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
• Ensure alignment between global methodologies and local organizational requirements, collaborating with international stakeholders.
• Oversee budget planning, resource allocation, and organizational efficiency initiatives.
• Lead, develop, and coach the Organizational Development team to strengthen performance and strategic impact.
• Translate global organizational development trends and best practices into sustainable business solutions.
