Job summary

Confidential is seeking an IT Director to lead a large, multi-site organization across Türkiye and international markets. The role focuses on transforming IT into a strategic business partner, driving ERP initiatives, security, and digital programs across headquarters, projects, and field operations.

The candidate will oversee IT budgeting, governance, and vendor management while partnering with executives to deliver measurable business value through technology and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical & Electronics, Industrial Engineering, MIS, or related field.
• Minimum 12 years IT experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience managing IT in large-scale, multi-site, complex organizations.
• Strong ERP and enterprise app expertise with transformation/large-scale integration.
• Strong infrastructure, networks, data centers, cloud, and cybersecurity knowledge.
• Proven track record in digital transformation, automation, and enterprise tech initiatives.
• Knowledge of data analytics, AI, and emerging technologies with business use cases.
• Experience in information security, business continuity, DR, and tech risk management.
• IT budgeting, procurement, licensing, contracts, and vendor management experience.
• Ability to evaluate tech investments by business value, ROI, and efficiency.
• Strong leadership, communication, and executive stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead IT and Digital Transformation Strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead IT organization, budget, investments, and external service providers.
• Drive ERP and enterprise app integration across the organization.
• Ensure reliability, scalability, security, and sustainability of technology infrastructure.
• Partner with business functions to digitize, integrate, and automate processes.
• Evaluate AI, data analytics opportunities and translate into initiatives.
• Lead information security, business continuity, disaster recovery, and risk management.
• Establish and improve IT governance, policies, standards, and KPIs.
• Ensure performance and continuity of systems, networks, cloud, data centers, and end-user tech.
• Prioritize investments based on business value, cost, risk, and ROI.
• Manage vendors, licenses, and SLAs effectively.
• Ensure IT projects meet scope, budget, timeline, and quality objectives.
• Provide executive-level reporting on IT performance, investments, and roadmap.
