Job summary

Greif is seeking an Operational Support Specialist to coordinate indirect procurement, issue waybills, and track inbound/outbound material movements. You will support warehouse flow, monitor inventory, and assist in procurement reporting.

A Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in a similar role are expected, with strong Turkish and English communications and MS Office proficiency. We value proactive problem solvers who work well in a team and maintain high attention to detail in a fast-paced logistics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong written and verbal communication in Turkish.
• Good command of English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Minimum 2 years in operational support or similar roles.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and accountable mindset.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Strong team player with organizational and attention-to-detail skills.

Responsibilities

• Support indirect procurement processes through coordination with internal stakeholders and suppliers, including creating business partner records and purchase orders in the system
• Prepare and issue waybills for shipments in line with operational requirements
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date tracking of inbound and outbound material movements in the system
• Manage warehouse material flow and support smooth operational execution
• Monitor inventory levels and proactively ensure timely replenishment
• Support reporting activities related to procurement, inventory, and shipment data
