• Fluent in local language and proficient English communication
• Several years of IT user support or service desk experience
• Strong knowledge of IT hardware, software, and troubleshooting
• Ability to work independently and professionally onsite

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd level onsite IT support to end users
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
• Install, configure, and support Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Support business applications and IT-related user issues
• Configure and troubleshoot printers, peripherals, laptops, and desktops
• Perform preventive maintenance and basic remedial troubleshooting
• Maintain accurate ticket documentation and provide timely status updates
• Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors when required
• Support network, server, telecom, and other IT environments as needed
