Engin Grup is seeking an Online Sales and Operations Specialist to support and optimize our e-commerce and logistics workflows in Turkey. The role focuses on improving order-to-delivery processes and driving customer-centric strategies to achieve sales targets.

The candidate will help prepare monthly reports, assist budgeting activities, and enhance customer relationships while ensuring a high standard of online operations and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Preferably minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Advanced English skills is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Strong result orientation and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of monthly routine reports.
• Assist in tracking the brand's budgeting processes.
• Manage logistics processes from order to delivery.
• Ensure the execution and reporting of all B2C operations.
• Initiate, implement, and monitor activities to achieve sales targets.
• Take necessary actions to improve customer relationships.
• Implement customer-centric design and e-commerce strategies effectively.
• Continuously improve the customer experience and satisfaction.
