Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a relevant field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Turkish.
• Good command of English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in operational support or similar roles.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and accountable mindset.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Strong team player with excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills.

Responsibilities

• Support indirect procurement processes through coordination with internal stakeholders and suppliers, including creating business partner records and purchase orders in the system.
• Prepare and issue waybills for shipments in line with operational requirements.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date tracking of inbound and outbound material movements in the system.
• Manage warehouse material flow and support smooth operational execution.
• Monitor inventory levels and proactively ensure timely replenishment.
• Support reporting activities related to procurement, inventory, and shipment data.
