Job summary

Yemeksepeti, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is Turkey's leading online quick delivery platform. We are seeking personnel to perform final menu checks, ensure each item aligns with new menus, and document errors for correction.

The role supports coordination across cross-functional teams and SOP updates to maintain standards. We value grammatical proficiency, language skills, and the ability to follow SOPs within structured processes.

Qualifications

• Grammatical knowledge and language proficiency
• Compliance with platform requirements and standards, and the ability to follow legal regulations
• Basic understanding of operational KPIs (e.g., AHT, SLA) and performance targets
• Ability to follow SOPs and work within structured operational processes
• Ability to identify technical or operational issues, elevate them to the relevant teams, and follow up on the resolution process
