Job summary

Linde Gas A.Ş. in Gebze, Turkey, seeks an On-Site Account Manager to lead customer visits, expand the On-Site portfolio, and manage contracts across industries including metallurgy, glass and chemicals.

You will develop financial models, evaluate investments, and collaborate with local and international suppliers to prepare Capex offers while ensuring compliance with Linde's integrity standards. Travel nationwide as needed, with strong English communication required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field and at least 5 years in Sales/Business Development.
• Proficient in English at CEFR B2 level with strong interpersonal communication.
• Strong negotiator and team player, capable of stakeholder management.
• Proficient in MS Office; analytical skills for financial models and feasibility studies.
• Self-motivated, proactive and results-oriented with long-term project drive.
• Valid Class B driver's license, willingness to frequent travel within Turkey; military service as required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute visits to potential and existing customers.
• Expand our On-Site Accounts portfolio by acquiring new accounts.
• Manage existing On-Site Accounts and contracts.
• Track investments nationwide and prepare market/sector reports (metallurgy, glass, chemicals).
• Develop feasibility studies and financial models for new investment projects.
• Collaborate with local/international suppliers to obtain Capex offers.
• Prepare and negotiate On-Site supply contracts per local/regional approvals.
• Monitor decarbonization, clean energy, investments, and competition for opportunities.
• Represent Linde at customer meetings, industry events, and conferences.
• Adhere to Linde's integrity standards in all activities.
