Job summary

Yazaki Europe Middle East and Africa seeks a Sales Specialist in Nilüfer, Bursa to serve as the main local contact for OEM, Tier1 and Tier2 customers, manage RFQs and quotes, and coordinate with other departments on cost-related issues.

You will monitor project-related sales timing and costs, support GPMS reviews, handle data in Yazaki ERP, and maintain customer records. Fluent English and Turkish, plus strong Excel skills, are essential for success in a customer-focused role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering.
• +2 years' experience in similar positions.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office skills required.
• Fluent in English and Turkish.

Responsibilities

• Main local point of contact for OEM, Tier1 and Tier2 customers; manage agreements and relationships.
• Process RFQs and establish and submit quotes.
• Coordinate with Yazaki Systems Technologies departments on cost-related issues (warranty, logistics).
• Monitor project-related sales timing and costs (accounts receivable).
• Maintain Yazaki Project Management System activities and GPMS gate reviews; support LBPs and accrual calculations.
• Manage customer data in Yazaki ERP system and portal.
