Job summary

Bitsody in İzmir, Türkiye is seeking an Odoo ERP Danışmanı / Odoo Functional Consultant for a full-time, on-site role. You will analyze business processes, gather requirements, and design Odoo ERP solutions aligned with operations and strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Odoo ERP functional knowledge across core modules.
• Experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and mapping client needs to ERP.
• Experience preparing functional documentation, use cases, and workflows, and collaborating with technical teams on customizations.
• Ability to conduct system testing, support UAT, and manage implementation activities including data migration and go-live support.
• Effective communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to lead workshops, trainings, and user onboarding.
• Comfort working in industrial or manufacturing environments; experience with MES, robotics, or smart factory solutions is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or a related field; relevant Odoo or ERP certifications are a plus.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in İzmir, Türkiye for an Odoo ERP Danışmanı / Odoo Functional Consultant. The consultant will work closely with clients to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and design Odoo ERP solutions that align with operational and strategic needs. Daily responsibilities include configuring Odoo modules, preparing functional specifications, coordinating with technical teams for customizations, and conducting testing to ensure system reliability. The role also involves delivering user trainings, supporting go-live activities, and providing ongoing functional support and optimization. The consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams within Bitsody to integrate Odoo ERP into broader digital and smart manufacturing ecosystems.
