Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, MIS, Software Engineering, Statistics, Economics or Management.
• Education on Financial and Managerial Accounting; Cost Accounting knowledge preferred; Financial Modelling beneficial.
• Fluent Turkish and English; strong verbal and written communication.
• Willing to build a career in Information Systems Consultancy focusing on Finance.

Job Description
The successful candidate will join our niche consultancy team that provides professional services and solutions to our corporate clients in the areas of Financial Performance Management.

• Group Financial Consolidation & Reporting Solutions
• Profitability Modelling Solutions
• Management & Performance Reporting Solutions

Desired Skills & Experience
For the successful candidate, we will be looking for the following skills, experiences, and qualities;

• Willing to build a career on Information Systems Consultancy with a focus on Finance.
• Having a degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems,Software Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or Management from a reputable university.
• Have taken basic education on Financial and Managerial Accounting, and preferably also Cost Accounting. Preferably knowledgeable in Financial Modelling.
• Experienced on MS Office applications, especially being very competent on Excel.
• Fluent in Turkish and English languages
• Preferably experienced, but at least interested in the areas of Planning, Budgeting, Business Forecasting, and Consolidation & Financial Reporting.
• Preferably experienced in planning and forecasting or business intelligence software tools
• Preferably having knowledge and skills on OLAP tools, dimensional and relational modelling techniques.
• Having the maximum self-confidence on analytical and problem solving skills and willing to make it an important part of his/her daily job.
• Clear, logical, and effective verbal/written communication skills.
• Eager to learn, and willing to take responsibility. A good team player, but also can do good work independently.
• Takes ownership of problems and develops sound solutions.
• For male candidates, no military service requirement for the next 2 years.
