Job summary

Grupas Teknoloji, the technology arm of Grupas Consulting, seeks a Solution Consultant with at least 2 years of experience to join our team in Turkiye. The role involves applying QPLC delivery methodology, gathering customer requirements, and articulating conceptual, logical and technical architectures.

You will work with manufacturing operations, communicate in English and local language, travel 30-60% during project phases, and help test cutting-edge industry solutions.

Qualifications

• A degree in computer science, engineering or similar experience with strong industrial engineering background.
• Experience for process analysis, solution design, development and implementation in manufacturing operations.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and local language – the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, managers, and subject matter experts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge on language such as: HTML, JQuery, AJAX (above elementary level).
• Knowledge on database handling such as MS-SQL (preferred) and Oracle.
• Demonstrate ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Ability to travel 30-60% during projects phases.

Responsibilities

• Find the right solution for customers by applying the QPLC delivery methodology, tools and activities.

Solution Consultant

The Solution Consultant (SC) is responsible for finding the right solution. They must understand and follow QPLC delivery methodology, tools and activities, and form a vision to meet the needs of customers. They’re responsible for gathering clear customer requirements within the project scope, and act as a sparring partner to the customer on all their planning challenges. By documenting the conceptual, logical and technical architecture for the project, the BC implements and helps test cutting edge industry solutions for challenging customer problems.

Candidate Profile
