Responsibilities

• Audit and verify daily sales transactions across outlets.
• Reconcile POS transactions with various payment methods.
• Verify discounts, promotions, voids, refunds, and staff meals.
• Reconcile daily revenue with POS reports and systems.
• Prepare and distribute Daily Revenue Reports to management.
• Investigate revenue discrepancies and report variances.
• Maintain revenue recording in line with policies and standards.
• Coordinate with Operations, Front-of-House, and Finance to resolve issues.
• Support month-end closing with revenue reconciliations.
• Maintain audit documentation for internal and external audits.
