Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Security Supervisor at our Istanbul property to safeguard guests and colleagues and to uphold our hospitality standards. The role is full-time and on-site, requiring leadership of the security team and coordination of incident responses.

You will patrol premises, manage emergencies, and ensure safety protocols are followed while mentoring security staff to deliver consistent, high-quality service for every guest stay.

Qualifications

• Hospitality security leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct security patrols of interior and exterior hotel areas to identify risks.
• Coordinate and support emergency responses to incidents such as fires or medical events.
• Supervise and train Security Guards/Officers to maintain high performance.
• Investigate incidents and document findings for reporting purposes.
• Promote workplace safety and ensure adherence to security protocols.
• Provide backup security officer support as needed.
