• Support operational and strategic workflows across Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Assurance, Production Control, and related support functions.
• Execute and monitor processes to Toyota standards across Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain.

About the Graduate Development Programme (GDP)

The Graduate Development Programme (GDP) is an 18-month structured development initiative designed to equip new graduates with core Toyota standards through comprehensive training modules and hands‑on, job-embedded practices.

Our objective is to empower high‑potential talent efficiently and effectively, developing the future leaders and key professionals of Toyota.

GDP offers early-stage career ownership by involving you in real‑world business challenges, problem‑solving practices, and meaningful contributions. Throughout the programme, your individual growth will be supported through personalized development plans and direct mentorship from experienced professionals.

Qualifications:

• University degree (BS/MS) in engineering and social science area
• Excellent communication skills, and able to work in a team environment
• Flexible, and able to adapt to learn Toyota methods and philosophy
• Excellent command of English
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools
• No restriction for travel in and out of Turkey
• Willing to live in İzmit or Adapazarı

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting operational and strategic workflows across Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Assurance, Production Control, and related support functions
• Executing, enhancing, and monitoring processes in line with Toyota standards across Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain Management domains
