Job summary

Toyota Motor Manufacturing Türkiye is seeking graduates for the New Graduate Development Programme in Production Division. The role focuses on developing processes aligned with Toyota policies and production plans.

Candidates will analyze production processes, implement method and equipment changes, and participate in design, manufacture and commissioning of new equipment. Strong teamwork and KPI reporting are essential.

Qualifications

• University degree in related field is required.
• Excellent English; strong communication skills.
• Willingness to learn Toyota Production System and methods.
• Proficient with MS Office tools.
• Experience or capability with design/analysis tools (CATIA, SolidWorks, ANSYS).
• Analytical thinking with problem solving and decision making.

Responsibilities

• Process Development aligned with Toyota policies and production plan.
• Analyze production processes and identify improvement requirements in line with Toyota Production System.
• Plan and implement necessary method and equipment changes.
• Design, manufacture and commission of new equipment.
• Drive communication and report KPI progress within the team and management.
• Manage engineering changes in design, material and methods.
• Follow up and report on new vehicle and new material projects.

Job description

• University degree in a related field, preferably Mechanical, Mechatronic or Aeronetical Engineering, Electrical, Electronics or other related disciplines
• Willing to be developed in Toyota Production System and Equipment Design & Manufacturing.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Flexible and able to adapt to learn Toyota methods and philosophy.
• Excellent command of English.
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools
• Preferable to be capable of design & analysis tools (e.g. : Catia, Solidworks, Ansys etc.)
• Analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
• No restriction for travel in and out of Turkey
• No restriction to travel in and out of Turkey
• Willing to live in Kocaeli and Sakarya

Job Description

Successful candidate will be employed in Production Division and join the Toyota New Graduate Development Programme.

• Main responsibility area will be Process Development inline with Toyota’s short to mid term business policies & production plan.
• Analyze production processes and identify improvement requirements in line with Toyota Production System.
• Plan & implement necessary method and equipment changes in line with Toyota Business Practices.
• Design, manufacturing and commissioning of new equipment
• Drive communication and report progress and result KPI's within the team and management.
• Manage the engineering changes in design, material and methods related with the descriptions above
• New vehicle & new material projects follow up, launch & reporting
