Job summary

Toyota Motor Manufacturing Türkiye invites engineering undergraduates (3rd/4th year) to join our factory in Adapazarı on a part-time basis, two days per week. You will support production and engineering processes, collaborate with project teams, and develop technical solutions.

The role focuses on conducting analyses, preparing reports, delivering presentations, and proposing ideas for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3rd or 4th-year engineering undergraduates
• Available to work at the factory at least 2 days per week
• Good command of English (written and verbal)
• Team player with strong communication and willingness to learn
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Open to innovation and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

• Support Toyota's production and engineering processes
