UPS Turkey is seeking a permanent PKG Operations Planner to plan and monitor productivity targets at the PKG operational level in alignment with the overall business plan. Regular audits will assess performance, service, measurement and staffing standards, with findings guiding improvements.

Competenze

• 1–2 years of professional experience and/or internship background.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial Engineering preferred).
• Excellent English with the ability to deliver presentations effectively.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and Access.
• Knowledge of or interest in financial analysis concepts and terminology.
• No travel restrictions.
• Valid Class B driving license with active driving experience.
• Military service completed for male candidates.
• Strong ownership and accountability.
• Proactive, self-motivated and eager to learn.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
