Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited university.
• Experience in logistics or network planning with knowledge of air and ground transportation.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to retrieve data from multiple systems including NIS.
• Ability to solve complex logistical challenges under pressure.
• Experience leading a diverse team and driving performance.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance for ground transportation.
• Physical ability to operate a vehicle per local requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan feeder operations ensuring flights and vans are loaded safely and compliant.
• Lead and develop the department team to maintain high performance.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance across all ground operations.
• Coordinate data flow from planning to production and communicate across departments.
• Maintain and support NIS and other planning tools; assist IT for system optimization.
• Provide training and development plans; conduct regular performance evaluations.
• Schedule across multiple shifts to meet operational demands.
