Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, experience in logistics or network planning, strong communication skills, and the ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited university.
• Experience in network planning, logistics, or related fields with air/ground transportation knowledge.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data retrieval from multiple systems including NIS.
• Able to manage complex logistics under pressure and lead a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Feeder planning and loading to ensure safe, compliant operations.
• Lead and develop a team; manage resources and optimize performance.
• Ensure safety policies and local regulations are followed.
• Coordinate data flow from planning to production and across departments.
• Maintain and troubleshoot planning tools and systems (NIS and other tools).
• Provide training and ongoing development for team members.
• Schedule and supervise shift-based planning activities.
