Job summary

Spektrum in Izmir, Türkiye, seeks a Systems Administrator to manage servers, virtual infrastructure, and databases in a NATO-related environment. You will ensure stability, security, and serviceability of critical IT services across local and remote sites.

The role requires strong Windows Server, AD, VMware, and SQL/Oracle skills, with SharePoint experience and ITIL knowledge. On-site work with occasional travel and close CIS collaboration is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, DHCP/DNS.

Responsibilities

• Administer local and remote servers including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Exchange.
• Manage and operate the virtual infrastructure (VMware) and SAN storage.
• Plan and run mass deployment, patching with SCCM/MECM for Windows and Linux.
• Database administration for MS SQL Server and Oracle; monitor third-party apps.
• Administer SharePoint and support integration of apps.
• Implement and manage backup and recovery solutions.
• Monitor infrastructure load, performance and security events; respond to alerts.
• Support incident, problem, change and configuration management; resolve tickets.
• Maintain SOPs, collect KPIs and propose improvements.
• Liaise with CIS security to protect system integrity and coordinate with other units.
