Job summary

Spektrum seeks an End User Support Technician in Izmir, Türkiye to provide first and second line support for NATO CIS services. You will log, diagnose, and resolve incidents, administer Active Directory/Exchange, and image/deploy end-user devices using SCCM/MECM and Intune.

The role requires hands-on Windows and Office 365 support, mobile device management, VPN access, and ITSM tool experience. You may work shifts including nights and weekends in a security-conscious, on-site setting.

Qualifications

• Two years of end-user IT support in an enterprise or operational environment.
• Hands-on installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Windows 10/11, Office 365 and Outlook/Exchange.
• User administration in Active Directory and Exchange.
• Device imaging and deployment using SCCM/MECM, Intune or equivalent tools.
• Set-up and support of mobile devices, VPN and wireless connectivity.
• Basic networking knowledge (DNS/DHCP, IP, LAN/Wi‑Fi).
• Experience with ITSM tools such as Remedy, ServiceNow or Jira Service Management.
• Customer-focused communication under heavy workload; accurate record keeping.
• Willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Serve as service desk point of contact; log, categorize, diagnose and resolve incidents at first/second line.
• Create/modify/verify user accounts, passwords, MFA and access rights.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot client software across devices.
• Prepare and provision end-user devices; imaging, OS deployment and inventory.
• Handle IMAC tasks including moves, adds, changes and testing.
• Restore faulty devices and validate builds; return to user with testing.
• Implement changes per change management processes.
• Perform routine endpoint checks: updates, patching, configuration compliance.
• Document work in ITSM tool; contribute to knowledge articles.
• Support major incidents, exercises and events; on-call as required.
