Job summary

Spektrum is seeking a Project Support Officer to assist planning, scheduling, and governance of CIS projects for NATO-related client teams. You will work with project managers to maintain documentation, track milestones, and prepare regular reports for senior stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have at least two years in project support, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and a good grasp of PM principles. This on-site role in Izmir offers cross-location collaboration with Ankara and other NATO sites.

Qualifications

• Degree or vocational qualification in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
• At least two years of experience in project support, PMO or project coordination.
• Good understanding of project management principles.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong organisational, administrative and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning, scheduling and milestone tracking through to acceptance.
• Maintain project documentation, action, risk and issue logs, and project management tools.
• Prepare service and project reports, including KPI monitoring and dashboard inputs.
• Organise meetings and governance reviews, prepare agendas and minutes, and follow up actions.
• Support resource tracking and financial and administrative reporting.
• Liaise with internal teams, stakeholders and suppliers to keep activities coordinated.
