Job summary

Spektrum, supporting NATO NCIA, seeks an End User Support Technician in Izmir, Türkiye. You will provide first/second line support for the NATO CIS services and manage user accounts, software installations, device provisioning and incident restoration.

The role requires hands-on Windows 10/11, Office 365, AD/Exchange experience and a willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends when required. Izmir-based, on-site position.

Qualifications

• Two years of end-user IT support experience in an enterprise or operational environment.
• Hands-on installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Windows 10/11 and Office 365 clients.
• Experience with Active Directory and Exchange administration.
• Experience with SCCM/MECM and Intune for device deployment.
• Knowledge of VPN, IP networking basics and wireless connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a service desk point of contact; log, categorize, diagnose and resolve incidents at first/second line.
• Create and manage user accounts, passwords, MFA and access rights.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot client software and licensing with users.
• Provision end-user devices and perform imaging, OS deployment and inventory registration.
• Carry out IMAC tasks, testing and user acceptance.
• Restore faulty devices and ensure service reinstatement.
• Implement approved changes per change management process.
• Perform endpoint checks and maintain configuration compliance.
• Record work in ITSM tool; contribute to knowledge articles.
• Support major incidents, exercises, and events, including on-call shifts.
