Job summary

Siemens Gebze factory in Turkey seeks a Medium Voltage Order Manager to lead the full project management of MV switchgear orders and coordinate across international teams.

You will manage orders from inception to delivery, work with engineering, proposal and regional teams, and ensure processes align with Siemens Production System principles. Fluent English required; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience, preferably in the switchgear business.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong communication and people-management skills.
• Solution-oriented and capable of working with diverse cultures.
• Advanced command of English; German is an asset.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct project (order) management and manufacturing processes for MV switchgear orders.
• Establish and monitor the project (order) plan.
• Coordinate with factory internal groups and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with engineering and proposal groups.
• Maintain close communication with Siemens Regional companies.
• Evaluate risks and initiate corrective actions.
• Ensure alignment of order processes with factory workflows.
• Follow Siemens Production System principles.
