Job summary

Innomotics Türkiye seeks a Site Manager to lead project management activities within Systems and Solutions Türkiye. You will apply automation, electrification and digitalization know‑how to heavy industries, overseeing erection and commissioning sites.

The role requires 5+ years of site management in industrial projects, with knowledge of MV/LV switchgear, transformers, diesel generators, UPS, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electrical‑Electronics Engineering required.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Site Manager in industrial projects (cement/mining).
• Strong knowledge of instrumentation, process automation, MV & LV switchgear, transformers, diesel generators, UPS.
• Strong technical understanding of Automation, Electrification and Drives & Motors systems.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead site activities and manage field installation, assembly and commissioning on time and budget.
• Monitor project status, ensure quality and safety compliance, and report progress.
• Ensure adherence to project management plans and quality management regulations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and control offshore/onsite contractors and suppliers.
• Manage financial targets, invoicing, and cash flow considerations.
