Job summary

We are seeking a MV Pre-order Quotation Leader at Eaton Group in Turkey to lead the pre-order team across EMEA. You will drive competitive, technically compliant and profitable offers, coordinating with Sales, Engineering and Supply Chain to deliver winning quotations.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor in Electrical Engineering, 7+ years in quotation/tendering, strong MV switchgear knowledge, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in quotation, tendering, bid management, or commercial roles within electrical power distribution.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the MV Pre-order team to deliver accurate, competitive quotations.
• Drive opportunity qualification, bid strategy, pricing and deal approvals.
• Ensure quotations are technically compliant and commercially sound.
• Identify and mitigate risks across the quotation process.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product Management, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Operations.
• Coach and develop team members for technical, commercial, and leadership growth.
