Eaton is seeking an MV Pre-order Quotation Leader in Turkey to head the Pre-order team and drive technically compliant, profitable offers across the EMEA region.

You will collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product Management, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Operations to develop winning customer solutions, manage risk, and ensure timely quotations.

This role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering and 7+ years in quotation or bid management, with fluent English and strong leadership.

Qualifications

7+ years in quotation, tendering, bid management, or related roles in the electrical power distribution industry.
Experience with MV switchgear and power distribution systems.
Strong bid strategy, pricing, risk assessment, and commercial decision-making.
Fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

Lead MV Pre-order team to deliver accurate, competitive quotations.
Own opportunity qualification, Bid/No-Bid, pricing, and approvals.
Ensure technically compliant and commercially sound quotations.
Identify and mitigate risks across the quotation process.
Monitor margins, win rates, and delivery timelines.
Collaborate with sales, engineering, and ops to win projects.
Coach team, develop leaders, and ensure succession.
