Job summary

Eaton Corporation in Turkey seeks a Senior Quotation Engineer to deliver accurate techno-commercial offers for MV switchgear across EMEA, focusing on utility, data center, and industrial segments. You will analyze customer requirements and coordinate inputs to produce competitive quotations while managing risks and timelines.

Collaborating with Sales, BDMs, Application Engineers, and project teams, you will own quotations from RFQ to handover, ensuring technical compliance and profitable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 5 years of quotation and tendering experience in electrical power distribution.
• Experience with MV switchgear and exposure to international projects.
• Ability to analyze customer requirements and develop techno-commercial offers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality quotations within agreed timelines.
• Review and analyze customer specifications, datasheets, and project docs to identify requirements.
• Select, configure, and optimize MV switchgear solutions per customer needs and standards.
• Own the preparation of complete techno-commercial offers with inputs from stakeholders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technical compliance and feasibility.
• Develop competitive quotations balancing customer expectations, lead times, and risks.
• Identify and communicate technical, commercial, and execution risks.
• Manage quotation revisions and handover to execution teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
