GRICH is seeking a UA & Creative Specialist to help players discover our games in Turkey. You will produce short video ads and playable ads from gameplay captures and game art, testing quickly to learn what drives installs.

You will sit close to game development so the best creative ideas can shape the game itself, collaborating with the team to plan concepts, track CPI and retention metrics, and stay ahead of trends in mobile advertising.

Qualifications

• Experience making short-form video ads or social content.
• Skills in After Effects, Premiere, CapCut or similar tools.
• Basic understanding of mobile user acquisition metrics.
• A sharp eye for what grabs attention in the first three seconds.

Responsibilities

• Produce short video ads from gameplay captures and game art.
• Plan and build playable ad concepts with the team.
• Run creative tests and read metrics such as CPI, IPM and retention.
• Keep track of trends in mobile game advertising.
• Prepare store screenshots and preview videos.
