Job summary

Arkhe Games, a fast-growing mobile game studio, seeks a Game Developer with a strong marketing focus to create playable ads, optimize creatives, and improve game performance through data-driven iteration.

You will work at the intersection of development and marketing, collaborating with marketing and product teams, integrating SDKs, and driving growth across hyper-casual and casual titles. Based in Mersin, or able to work full-time from our Mersin office.

• 3+ years of experience in mobile game development.
• Strong experience with Unity.
• Experience with playable ads or marketing-focused development.

We're looking for an experienced Game Developer with a strong focus on marketing and growth. You'll develop playable ads, optimize creatives, and improve game performance through data-driven iteration, working at the intersection of development and marketing.
